Our Design & Build Process:

1. Consultation & Property Assessment

We start with an on-site consultation to understand your goals and individualized needs.

2. Design services (optional)

Our designers can assist with creative solutions for space planning, material selection, and planting options. The work product can be custom-tailored from simple 2D drawings to realistic 3D walkthroughs.

3. Project Approval, Contract and Scheduling

Once the details have been decided, we will present a contract for the final project proposal. Once the contract is signed and deposit submitted, your project will be added to the calendar. Lead times can vary significantly based on several factors.

4. Project build Out

Our skilled team executes the project with a focus on quality and craftsmanship. The work site is kept in clean condition every day and we will consult with you frequently as new factors arise or new ideas come to mind to further enhance the end product.

5. Final Wrap Up

We conduct a detailed walkthrough, make sure all questions are answered, and perform a thorough cleanup of the site.

We have been serving the Bay Area for over 38 years, most often on Contra Costa and Alameda counties with some work in San Francisco and the North Bay.

Are you licensed and bonded?

We carry both C-27 Landscaping and C-8 Concrete licenses with
the California State Licensing Board under license number 1131691.

Are you fully insured?

Our coverages include General Liability, Workers Compensation,
Commercial Auto, and Umbrella coverages. Certificates of
Insurance are available for review upon request.

Where can we see your work?

The portfolio page on the website contains photos of recent work that captures various key project aspects (pavers, carpentry, masonry, etc)

Do you use subcontractors?

The vast majority of our work (>98%) is performed exclusively by our team of highly experienced W2 employees. We may utilize specialists (such as plumber or electrician) for specific tasks that require their expertise to ensure the highest quality and compliance with all relevant building codes.

What warranty do you provide on installation?

We offer a comprehensive one-year warranty covering the quality of our installation and workmanship, though please note this warranty does not cover damages resulting from natural disaster events; individual products installed may also carry separate, longer manufacturer warranties.
